1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the GLAZIO IPTV mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher".
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, the user (hereinafter "the User") unreservedly accepts these Terms. If the User does not accept these conditions, they must immediately cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from their device.
2. Service Description
GLAZIO IPTV is an IPTV multimedia player for iOS that allows Users to:
- Import and manage playlists in M3U format or via IPTV server credentials (Xtream Codes API);
- Play live video streams (Live TV), movies, and TV shows;
- Organize content by categories, favorites, and personal lists;
- Benefit from features such as parental controls, Face ID, and resume playback.
⚠️ Important: The Application does not provide, host, or distribute any audiovisual content. The User is solely responsible for the IPTV sources they configure in the Application.
3. User Responsibility Regarding IPTV Sources
3.1. Legal Source Obligation
The User expressly agrees to use the Application only with legal IPTV sources for which they hold access rights or have valid authorization from the rights holder.
The following are considered legal sources:
- Official IPTV subscriptions obtained from authorized telecom operators;
- Streaming services holding valid broadcasting licenses;
- M3U playlists containing public and royalty-free streams;
- Content made freely available by their rights holders.
3.2. Strict Prohibition of Illegal Sources
It is strictly prohibited to use the Application to access copyright-protected content without the authorization of the rights holders. This includes, but is not limited to:
- "Pirate" IPTV subscriptions redistributing paid TV channels without authorization;
- Streams redistributing sporting events under exclusive license;
- Servers broadcasting movies and series without agreement from producers or distributors.
3.3. Criminal Penalties for Piracy
The use of illegal IPTV sources constitutes copyright infringement and exposes the User to severe criminal penalties:
🇫🇷 French Law
Article L. 335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code: "Any publishing of writings, musical compositions, drawings, paintings, or any other production, printed or engraved in whole or in part, in violation of the laws and regulations relating to the property of authors, constitutes counterfeiting, and counterfeiting is a criminal offense."
Penalties: 3 years imprisonment and €300,000 fine.
Article L. 335-4 of the Intellectual Property Code: "Any fixation, reproduction, communication, or making available to the public, whether for consideration or free of charge, [...] of a program carried out without authorization, where required, from the performer, phonogram or videogram producer, or audiovisual communication company, is punishable by three years imprisonment and a €300,000 fine."
🇪🇺 European Law
Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament (Copyright Directive in the Information Society) — Article 3: Protects the exclusive right of authors to authorize or prohibit the communication of their works to the public. Any unauthorized communication constitutes a violation of copyright under European Union law.
Directive (EU) 2019/790 of April 17, 2019 (Copyright and Related Rights Directive in the Digital Single Market): Strengthens the protection of rights holders and imposes increased obligations on platforms and online services facilitating access to protected content.
Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), Case C-610/15, Stichting Brein v Ziggo BV ("The Pirate Bay"), June 14, 2017: The CJEU ruled that providing a platform facilitating access to protected works without authorization constitutes an act of "communication to the public" within the meaning of Article 3 of Directive 2001/29/EC, even in the absence of direct hosting of the content.
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — Digital Services Act (DSA): Imposes transparency and illegal content removal obligations on intermediary service providers, including content infringing copyright.
3.4. Publisher Liability Disclaimer
NexsenDev disclaims all liability regarding the User's use of the Application. The Publisher has no control over the IPTV sources, streams, or servers configured by the User. The Publisher does not verify, validate, or moderate the content accessible through playlists imported by Users.
Accordingly:
- The Publisher cannot be held liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from the User's use of illegal sources;
- The User uses the Application at their own risk and assumes full legal responsibility for their choice of sources;
- The Publisher reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities in the event of reports of illegal use.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the Application (source code, design, "GLAZIO IPTV" logo, texts, animations, sounds) are the exclusive property of NexsenDev and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of the Application without prior written authorization from NexsenDev is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting sanctioned by Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. License of Use
NexsenDev grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The User agrees not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Application;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
- Use the Application for commercial purposes without authorization;
- Circumvent the Application's protection mechanisms.
6. Availability and Updates
The Publisher endeavors to keep the Application accessible and functional. However, NexsenDev does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability of the Application;
- Absence of errors or bugs;
- Compatibility with all iOS devices;
- Proper functioning of third-party IPTV streams configured by the User.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time, without notice or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexsenDev shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Application;
- Any loss of data, information, or revenue;
- Any damage related to access or use of third-party IPTV sources;
- Any service interruption attributable to the User's IPTV providers.
8. Parental Controls
The Application includes a parental control feature allowing restriction of access to certain content via a PIN code. The User is responsible for managing and maintaining the confidentiality of this code.
In accordance with Article 227-24 of the French Penal Code, distributing a pornographic or violent message likely to be seen by a minor is punishable by 3 years imprisonment and a €75,000 fine. Users are encouraged to activate parental controls if they share their device with minors.
9. Amendments to Terms
NexsenDev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication in the Application or on the website. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Versailles (Yvelines) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For disputes involving a consumer residing in the European Union, they may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013.
