This Privacy Policy describes how NexsenDev (hereinafter "the Publisher", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users (hereinafter "the User", "you") of the GLAZIO IPTV application (hereinafter "the Application").
This policy is drafted in compliance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 — General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files, and Individual Liberties (Informatique et Libertés Act), as amended;
- Directive 2002/58/EC on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (ePrivacy Directive);
- Apple App Store Guidelines on privacy and data protection (Apple App Store Review Guidelines §5).
1. Data Controller Identity

In accordance with Article 4(7) of the GDPR, NexsenDev is the data controller for personal data collected through the Application.
2. Data Collected
2.1. Data We Collect
GLAZIO IPTV is designed with the principle of data minimization (Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR). We collect only the data strictly necessary for the Application to function:

2.2. Data We Do NOT Collect
🛡️ GLAZIO IPTV does not collect any analytics data, geolocation, browsing data, targeted advertising data, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). No data is sent to our servers or to third parties.
- ❌ No advertising tracking;
- ❌ No geolocation;
- ❌ No IP address collection;
- ❌ No third-party cookies;
- ❌ No data sharing with third parties;
- ❌ No user profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR;
- ❌ No data transfers outside the European Union.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Article 6(1)(b) — Contract performance: Processing of server credentials and playlists is necessary for the performance of the service requested by the User;
- Article 6(1)(a) — Consent: Profile creation with name and avatar is based on the User's explicit consent;
- Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interest: Storage of favorites and watch history serves the legitimate interest of improving user experience.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1. Local-Only Storage
All Application data is stored exclusively locally on the User's device, via the following iOS mechanisms:
- SwiftData: for server configurations, favorites, and history;
- UserDefaults: for Application preferences (Face ID mode, avatar, etc.);
- iOS Keychain: for sensitive Apple Sign In authentication data.
No data is transmitted to any external server owned by NexsenDev.
4.2. Security Measures
The Application implements the following security measures, in compliance with Article 32 of the GDPR:
- Data encryption on the device via native iOS mechanisms (Data Protection);
- Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) to restrict access to the Application;
- PIN code for parental controls;
- Communications with the User's IPTV servers use HTTPS when the server supports it.
5. Data Retention Period
Data is retained as long as the Application is installed on the User's device. Uninstalling the Application automatically deletes all associated data.
Users may also manually delete their data at any time via:
- The "Clear Cache" function in the Application settings;
- The "Clear Watch History" function;
- Deletion of configured servers;
- Signing out of their Apple profile.
6. User Rights
In accordance with Chapter III of the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22) and the French Data Protection Act, Users have the following rights:

Since all data is stored locally on the User's device, they exercise their rights directly through the Application's settings, without needing to contact the Publisher.
7. User Responsibility Regarding IPTV Sources
⚠️ ESSENTIAL CLAUSE — IPTV Source Responsibility
7.1. Sources Provided by the User
The Application is a neutral multimedia player. It does not provide, host, store on its servers, redistribute, or recommend any audiovisual content. All IPTV sources (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes credentials) are provided exclusively by the User.
7.2. Legality Obligation
The User formally agrees to use only legal and authorized IPTV sources. The use of illegal sources (piracy, unauthorized redistribution of paid channels) is strictly prohibited and engages the User's full responsibility.
7.3. Applicable Criminal Penalties
The use of pirate IPTV streams exposes the User to the following penalties:
🇫🇷 In France:
• Article L. 335-2 CPI: Counterfeiting — 3 years imprisonment, €300,000 fine
• Article L. 335-4 CPI: Infringement of related rights — 3 years imprisonment, €300,000 fine
• Article 323-1 French Penal Code: Unauthorized access to automated data processing — 3 years imprisonment, €100,000 fine
• Anti-Piracy Law of October 28, 2021: ARCOM may order judicial blocking of illegal IPTV sites and services within 48 hours
🇪🇺 In Europe:
• Directive 2001/29/EC, Article 3: Exclusive right of authors over communication to the public — any unauthorized communication is unlawful
• Directive (EU) 2019/790, Article 17: Enhanced liability for platforms facilitating access to protected works
• CJEU, C-610/15 (June 14, 2017): Facilitating access to protected works without authorization constitutes unlawful "communication to the public"
• CJEU, C-527/15 (April 26, 2017): Sale of preloaded devices enabling access to protected content constitutes counterfeiting
• Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA): Obligations to combat illegal content for intermediary services
7.4. Publisher Liability Exclusion
NexsenDev cannot be held liable for the User's use of IPTV sources configured in the Application. The Publisher does not verify, control, or moderate the content accessible through these sources. The Publisher has no knowledge or control over the nature of the IPTV streams used.
By accepting these terms, the User:
- Acknowledges being informed of the legal risks associated with using illegal IPTV sources;
- Agrees to comply with the legislation in force in their country of residence;
- Releases NexsenDev from all liability in the event of legal proceedings related to the use of illegal sources;
- Accepts that NexsenDev will cooperate with competent judicial authorities in the event of a requisition.
8. Push Notifications
The Application may send local push notifications to remind Users to return to the Application. These notifications:
- Are generated locally on the device (no third-party push server);
- Do not transmit any personal data;
- Can be disabled at any time in the device's iOS Settings.
Notification permission is requested in compliance with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
9. Apple Sign In
The Application offers sign-in via Sign in with Apple, in accordance with Apple Sign In Guidelines. During this connection:
- Apple provides a unique anonymized identifier;
- The User's real name is only transmitted if they authorize it;
- No data is shared with NexsenDev servers; everything remains on the device;
- The User can revoke access at any time via Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID.
10. Biometric Data (Face ID / Touch ID)
The Application uses Apple's biometric APIs (LocalAuthentication Framework) exclusively to verify the User's identity. In accordance with Apple's guidelines:
- Biometric data never leaves the Secure Enclave of the device;
- NexsenDev has no access to fingerprints or facial scans;
- Only a binary result (success / failure) is communicated to the Application.
11. Minors
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years old (in compliance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 45 of the French Data Protection Act setting the digital consent age to 15 in France).
The Application includes a parental control mechanism to restrict access to certain content. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Application by minors.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Application does not use any cookies, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.), or any tracking technology. This policy complies with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.
13. International Data Transfers
No personal data transfer is carried out outside the User's device. Consequently, no international transfer within the meaning of Chapter V of the GDPR (Articles 44 to 49) takes place.
However, IPTV streams configured by the User may be hosted on servers located outside the European Economic Area. NexsenDev is not responsible for data processing carried out by these third-party servers chosen by the User.
14. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
If the User believes their rights are not being respected, they may lodge a complaint with:

This right is guaranteed by Article 77 of the GDPR.
15. Policy Amendments
NexsenDev reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of a substantial modification, a notification will be displayed in the Application. The date of last update is indicated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
